This is The Sims 2 Fruitless Fig Tree from The Sims 2 base game for The Sims 4. I'm not doing a huge set of TS2 -TS4 conversions because they take a lot of work to do just one. The price is 333, the same as the Sims 2 price. The poly count is 731. Enjoy!
