This is the rug from The Sims 4 base game called Snug Rug for The Sims 2, and the 15 recolours that come with the Sims 4 version. All of the recolours are self-contained in the same package as the mesh. This is a very large rug known as an area rug. The chair is in the picture for scaling purposes.
