This is the Christmas Tree from The November, 2010 update to the Sims 3 Store for The Sims 2. There was only one colour option in the Sims 3, so I didn't include any recolours. It is functional with Santa because it was cloned from the Happy Holiday Santa Tree. It's found in decorative/plants and costs 295 simoleons. The poly count is 2,020. Enjoy!
