This is the trolley from The Sims 4 base game debug menu for The Sims 2. It's found in decorative/sculpture and costs 450 simoleons. To place in the road, bring up the cheat move_objects on. The Sims 4 version only came with one colour, so I only made a default colour. Enjoy!
