This is a conversion of one of my own meshes from The Sims 2. They are purely decorative (sims can't smoke them) Included are all the traditional recolours of a Marlboro cigarette box. Reds, Menthol, Milds, and Lights. It's found in decorations/sculpture and costs 10 simoleons. Enjoy!
