This is the fireplace from The Sims 4 Snowy Escape called Toasty Warm Fireplace for The Sims 2, and the 7 recolours that come with the Sims 4 version. It's found in appliances/miscellaneous and costs 1,050 simoleons. All of the colours are self-contained in the mesh package. Enjoy!
