The Sims 2 - H&M Library

 I've taken the H&M Sim City building, and turned it into a community lot library. I took out everything I could find that resembled a clothing store, and replaced it with things you'd find in a regular public library. I think it's more fitting as a community lot than a clothing store with hacks and mods that allow us to buy clothes from home. Now sims can go out and find a relaxing place to read, buy magazines, or drinks or snacks. I haven't changed much, just took out the clothing store items, and replaced them with book cases, and computers. It's best if you have all the EPs and SPs, if you don't you can install this with the Clean Installer found here to remove EP or SP content you don't have. Enjoy!

In The Sims 4, if you reach level 10 of the criminal career track in a certain branch, you  get a computer reward that has extra functions. Instead of getting your sim to reach level 10 of the criminal career track in a certain branch, now your sims can own one without the hassle. It's found in electronics/computers and costs 4,600 simoleons. Enjoy!

The Sims 2 - Locker Room Counter Feet As Shelf (UNI Required)

This is the counter from University called Locker Room Counter Feet made into a shelf. It is repo linked to the original, so University is required, and any recolours you have of this counter will show up in this as well. As it so happens, this shelf became modular, just like the counter. So you can place it together and in corners. The price is 90 simoleons found in surfaces/shelving. Enjoy!
