The Sims 2 - The Sims 4 Discover University Gone Fishin' Sign For The Sims 2
This is the sign from The Sims 4 Discover University debug menu called Gone Fishin' for The Sims 2. It's found in decorative/sculpture, and costs 30 simoleons. There were no recolours included in the Sims 4 version, so I didn't make any. Enjoy!
