This is the Surfin' Santa from The Sims 4 Holiday Celebration for The Sims 2, and the 9 recolours that come with the Sims 4 version. In The Sims 4, it's a floor lamp, but I thought it would be better suited as a floor sculpture. It's found in decorative/sculpture and costs 35 simoleons. Enjoy!
