The Sims 2 - Another Seasons Enabled Tree
Here is another Seasons enabled tree for you to enjoy. The tree has winter, spring, summer, and fall states, and can be used even without Seasons, though you won't see leaves fall off and change color. The tree costs 390 simoleons, and is found in build mode/garden center/trees. Enjoy!

However, trying to download this one, gives me the same file (name, size) as the one in the link above. Viewing it with Sim Categoriser confirmed it's the same tree in both download files.
Could I bother you to upload this one too? I'd love to try it out.

@Anima - Sorry about that, I found another files with a very similar name, I checked it out in game and it looks like the right one.

Just downloaded and tried it in-game now. It looks brilliant, both in lot and hood view! Glad to have both those trees now :)
