The Sims 3 - Adjust EA TVs Up and Down The Wall

Well I don't think this has been made anywhere before, I searched mts, mysims3blog, and TSR and didn't see anything. You can adjust the EA wall TVs like paintings by right clicking and dragging. They will function just as they always did. It's not a default replacement, but I may make it as default replacement if a lot of people say they want that. I plan to add the HELS TV in a separate upload. Enjoy!
